Training Days on the Thermal Offer in Mexico
Last March, a week training on the Thermal offer for electrical enclosures was organized in an industrial background (level 3). These working sessions took place in different places of Mexico (Ciudad de México, Querétaro, Aguascalientes, Monterrey, Guadalajara et Villahermosa).
Cooling was well developed as well as the new ATEX range.
These training days allowed us to reach the following objectives :
- Provide the participants with the knowledge of all thermal solutions for electrical enclosures from the airing to the ventilation, in addition to the heating, the cooling and exchanging.
- Demostrate our customers that Ensys have complete solutions which protects and extends the life of the components inside the enclosures, and therefore, with a good maintenance of the thermal equipments it is possible to save money, which could generate more business in future equipments.
- Train Schneider Electric sales force and personnel to improve their knowledge of the product and the business (after sale service,...), in order to take market shares in this country.
- Develop contacts with Schneider Electric Mexico organization to know better their operating and take advantage of these synergies.
In general, customer participation was high and the general evaluation of the training was very positive. In total, 400 persons (between customers and technicians from Schneider Electric) attended these training sessions.
